Payment and Subscription Policy
At Assar, we are committed to providing full transparency regarding our payment and subscription processes.
The subscription is automatically renewed every month, and you can cancel at any time from your account.
1. Payments:
- All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency shown next to the product or service.
- Payments can be made using the available methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, Mada, bank transfer, etc.).
- An electronic invoice will be sent to the customer after the payment is successfully completed.
2. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing:
- Some services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled by the customer.
- Customers will be notified by email before renewal.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
3. Cancellation:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without additional fees.
- If canceled after the start of a billing cycle, customers will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
4.Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued if a technical issue prevents the customer from accessing the service and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- No refunds will be issued for past subscription periods already used.
5. Transparency & Updates:
- Any additional fees will be clearly communicated before completing a payment.
- We reserve the right to update subscription prices or policies with prior notice to customers.
